At Health Staff Australia, we're all about people – which includes our valued recruits. Our tagline, "Where people come first," isn't just a motto, it's our commitment to providing the best for you. Since our inception in 2014, we've been a reliable partner for aged care, at-home care, disability, and healthcare providers across the country. With a strong presence in Sydney, Wollongong, and Brisbane, our roots are firmly planted as a locally owned and operated company.

What sets us apart is our dedication. We understand that your needs don't adhere to a 9-to-5 schedule, which is why our international call centre is here for you 24/7. Whether you're seeking casual shifts, a permanent position, or even remote placements, we've got you covered with staffing solutions tailored just for you.

Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our accreditations and memberships in esteemed organizations like ANRA, RCSA, and AIG and we are the recipient of the 2019 RCSA Outstanding Contribution Award. We're not just part of the industry; we are actively shaping it.

But it's not just about accolades – it's about community. Health Staff Australia takes pride in its deep-rooted connections with the local community and its distinguished standing within the care sector. We don't just see you as recruits; you're our partners, our community, and our priority. Because when we say "Where people come first," we mean it in every sense. Join us in shaping the future of healthcare staffing while being part of a company that truly values you.
