Handprints ELC Graduate Programs & Internships

We offer an open-minded, exploratory method of early-childhood learning that encourages diversity, flexibility and relationship-building. Geared towards student-directed activities and play, children learn through experience: touching, tasting, smelling; using all of their senses to communicate and absorb the wonders of their quickly expanding worlds. We run 'out of the gate' programs and love to be in the bush, in nature, and in our community.

Our team has been lucky enough to present at conferences and publish articles. We believe in valuing everyone's experiences and are constantly reflecting and learning.

Recruitment Process

Once we receive your application, we will contact you to organise an interview. You will come into a centre of your choice and meet with our director so we can learn more about you and what you makes you special!

Our people are open-minded and flexible. We love to learn from each other, to reflect upon and improve our practices. Our people are kind, patient and loving. We truly love to teach children and value the child, as well as their family as a part of our extended Handprints family. We believe that everyone has something special to offer. We encourage leaders, or people who prefer to follow others to apply for this role. We do not believe in a one size fits all to teaching, and we do not believe this is applicable in recruitment either!

Remuneration & Career Growth

We offer flexible working hours and value our educators' need for work/life balance. We want to find a way, that your work can add to your life and provide a safe and flexible environment to achieve this.
