Hamilton's has an opportunity for a Diploma qualified Educator with one of our well-respected clients who is an experienced and an enormous contributor in the Early Childhood Sector . As an experienced provider, they are now seeking to hire skilled and passionate educators to form the team in their newest early childhood and education and care service opening up in the heart of Surry Hills.

Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced educator the position of room leader will be suited to a passionate educator who is ready to hit the ground running and willing to contribute in helping establish a new program from scratch under the leadership of experienced EC professionals.

You must have a desire to work with children from birth to school age in an education and care environment where the care, safety, and working in the best interest of the child is paramount. They provide an educational curriculum that responds to the individual needs of the children, providing a program that engages each child, promotes learning and discovery, fosters a positive self-image, and a child's independence and self-help skills.
