Recruitment Process

What you can expect applying for permanent roles:

  1. Provide a current resume that provided up-to-date information
  2. Provide a cover letter outlining what you are looking for in a position, salary expectations and career aspirations and strengths or passion
  3. You must have 2 professional referees (Name, position, mobile)
  4. Contact details to reach you on
  5. Ensure details on WWCC, first aid, qualifications, CPR, Covid-19 Vaccination and child protection are all noted (as applicable)
  6. Successful applicants will be contacted by phone for an initial screening call. If successful to progress further you will be invited to attend an interview with the consultant (in person or via Zoom)
  7. Successful applicants presented to roles will be required to take part in a face-to-face interview directly with the employer

What you can expect applying for casual roles:

  1. Provide a current resume with up-to-date information
  2. Provide a cover letter outlining the number of days you can work, locations you will travel to and the status of your qualifications
  3. You must have 2 professional referees (Name, position, mobile)
  4. Ensure details on WWCC, first aid, qualifications, CPR, Covid-19 Vaccination and child protection are all noted (as applicable)
  5. Applicants who meet our criteria of being available for min two days, hold relevant qualifications and can work across min two regions and have experience in the sector will be contacted to complete screening questions.
  6. Successful applicants will then progress to induction and be uploaded to the roster for placement in services.

  • demonstrate awareness and knowledge of quality principles.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Working as a support educator for Hamilton's Education and Care you will:

  • Earn between $26.99 to $38.95 depending on the qualification you hold and experience in the field.
