The Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate OSHC Assistant Directors with 2 years of experience and a Diploma or Cert IV qualification to join an NFP operating from various locations across the Inner West of Sydney.

Permanent part-time (30hrs) per week positions are open across sites in the Inner West of Sydney (Strathfield and Russell Lea).

You will be working 30hrs a week across split shifts. The programs operate between 7-9 am and 3-6 pm. Hours during vacation care periods will be conducted across different programs within the organisation.

  • You will be an engaging and effective leader, who will be positive, flexible and adaptable
  • Will provide a safe OSHC service for staff and children in an all-inclusive professional team environment
  • Have previous experience working in OSHC and leading and inspiring teams
  • Maintain children's attendance and casual bookings schedules to ensure child safety and supervision
  • Will engage and network with other Centre Directors and Assistant Directors in leadership meetings and workshops
  • Someone who values multicultural perspectives and intertwines inclusive practices that honor diversity
