Hamilton's Education and Care are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected long-standing community based, not for profit kindergarten with a philosophy that centers on its community, children, and educators. Through natural attrition this successful team and program have bid farewell to a valued team member relocating out of the area, creating an opening for new perspectives and collaborations.

About the position
Catering for 37 children daily, aged 2-5 years from 7.00am to 6.00pm you will have the option to work with either 2-3's or 3-5's group. This position is supported by a team that mostly hold a minimum Diploma level qualification with many pursuing further studies, making this a well-supported role with access to mentoring for new graduates. 

As a qualified educator you will be expected to support, guide and care for children and contribute to the learning environment as part of a team. Being relationship driven means you will have capacity to build strong relationships with the children, families, and team. In return your input and contribution will be welcomed and valued in a team that has been equally supported by a strong pedagogical leader who trusts and values the contributions of each member.
