      About the Opportunity

      This role works in Griffith Hack's Patent Filing team who is responsible for filing patent applications and requesting examination in Australia and New Zealand from overseas clients. You will be trained and mentored by experienced team members as you learn about our business, our client-centric approach, and how to use our systems and databases to perform your responsibilities.

      In time, the aim is for you to have your own caseload and prepare and file a case with IP Australia and the IP Office of New Zealand (IPONZ).

      Skills and Experience

      • You have good communication skills - verbal and written
      • You can demonstrate you're a fast learner
      • You have some previous office admin experience under your belt
      • You are good at building relationships with a range of people
      • You are comfortable asking questions when you're unsure
      • You are reliable, committed and we can count on you.
