Recruitment Process

The Process:

  • Apply using your CV and cover letter.
  • A phone interview will then be conducted if the recruiter likes your profile.
  • If that is successful you will then go through a first-round interview with the hiring manager.
  • A second-round interview might be required.
  • Police and pre-employment checks are conducted, along with references.
  • An offer is made verbally and then on paper.
