Recruitment Process

The Process:

Apply using your CV and cover letter.
A phone interview will then be conducted if the recruiter likes your profile.
If that is successful you will then go through a first-round interview with the hiring manager.
A second-round interview might be required.
Police and pre-employment checks are conducted, along with references.
An offer is made verbally and then on paper.
