Working in our sales team

Working as part of our sales team you will be the first point of contact for our future customers. Assisting our customers in understanding our products and providing the right policy for them.

  • You will work with our customers via telephone to position great products relevant to their needs
  • You will be part of a fun, team-based call centre environment where you get the best of both worlds, enjoying time with your team in the office and time at home
  • You will achieve your individual KPIs and contribute to your teams’ targets
  • You will work Monday to Friday on rotating shifts between our core hours 8.00 am – 8.00 pm

We look for people who show empathy, compassion and can build great rapport with customers whilst delivering a positive customer experience. You don’t need to have experience in a similar role, we’ll help you succeed.

Our commitment to your development

During the first two weeks, you will complete our role-specific in-house training program to set you up for success in your role. This includes comprehensive product knowledge, as well as in-class and 1:1 training in sales.

Throughout your career with us, we offer continuous support and training to help you develop and succeed in the role – from frequent catch-ups with your manager to weekly call reviews with your team and a dedicated coaching squad. There are regular ‘up skill’ sessions with our L&D team too.
