Green by Nature represents the exciting amalgamation of four prestigious landscaping businesses from Australia and New Zealand: Green Options, Recreational Services, Skyline Landscape Services, and Super Gardens. With a shared legacy spanning over 120 years, this merger signifies a transformative moment in the horticultural and landscaping industry.

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process generally consists of the following steps:

Application Submission:

  • Applicants are required to submit their CV detailing their motivation for joining Green by Nature. This help us assess your suitability for the role.

Initial Phone Interview:

  • After the initial review of applications, selected candidates can anticipate a phone interview. This interview is typically conducted by a member of our Talent Acquisition team and lasts around 15-20 minutes. It serves as an opportunity for us to learn more about your background, interests, and career goals.

In-Person Interview:

  • Successful candidates from the phone interview phase are invited for an in-person interview, which usually lasts between 15-30 minutes. During this interview, we focus on behavioral questions to gauge how you handle various situations and challenges.

Site Visit:

  • As part of our commitment to transparency and providing candidates with a real sense of our work environment, we invite applicants for a 15 minute site visit. This gives you a chance to see our green spaces and working conditions firsthand, which we believe is essential for making an informed decision about your fit within our organisation.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Our compensation structure is competitive and varies based on factors such as location and the specific role. We pay according to the Gardening and Landscape Services Award [MA000101].

Other Compensation Benefits: In addition to the base salary, our team members are eligible for a range of benefits that may include:

  • Above award pay rates
  • Apprentices may be eligible for the Australian Apprentice Training Support Payment ($5,000 total)
