Golden Seeds Early Learning is a small organisation. We currently have 3 centres and we are very proud of the learning environments and educational activities that we provide. Our focus is to make the children happy in their environments and encourage the children to be curious about their learning opportunities.
We also love to have the community involved in our service. We provide a variety of events including mothers day, easter, fathers day, Christmas, autism awareness, and celebrating different cultural beliefs.
We require candidates to provide their CV and Cover Letter, First Aid and CPR, Child Protection and WWC.
We prefer to have face to face interviews to give the candidate the opportunity to see the centre and get to know us. We are open to arranging zoom meeting interviews if necessary.
The interview process will be completed by the director of each centre. The Assistant Director or Operations Manager will also be present. The candidate will be asked questions about their experience in early childhood and some practical questions involving real situations.
