Recruitment Process

The recruitments Process includes:

  • Initial application submission (Including CV, Cover Letter, certificates, and other credentials)
  • Phone Interview (Availability to work is disclosed)
  • Online Interview (depending on the role)
  • In-person interview (Recruitment officer and business manager attend)
  • Initial Induction & Training (If successful)

What makes you a great candidate?

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
  • Current Police Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Valid Australian work rights and/or visa.
  • Genuine regard to providing support to the elderly
  • Caring and patient nature
  • Able to work effectively both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Commitment to the ongoing development
  • Awareness of Work Health and Safety Legislation (OHS)
  • Experience in the care industry. Not essential if you are willing to learn and have a genuine sincerity towards others
  • Bilingual (desirable but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability on Fridays (Desirable).
