Australia’s Number 1 Bakery, 3 years in a row.

Founded by their father Tazzy in 1992, Glenorie Bakery originated when their Turramurra shop closed due to a center remodel. The timing was opportune, especially for the founder's hometown of Glenorie, lacking a bakery. The initial location, where Woolworths now stands, became a hub for the community. With the support of their mother, who often brought fresh pizza and pies to the owner's school, the bakery gained a positive reputation through word of mouth.

In 2005, the founder was invited to join the family business and manage the Glenorie shop. The business underwent a relocation to the shopping village across the road, where it stands today. Despite having studied and worked in landscaping and horticulture for three years, the passion for baking was deeply ingrained.

Having been immersed in baking throughout their life, the founder sees it as a lifelong passion, evident in the bakery's rapid expansion and growth in recent years. For them, Glenorie Bakery is not about being ordinary; it's about providing an unforgettable experience. The overarching goal is to be known as "Australia's Greatest Bakery Experience." The bakery aims to stay ahead in the industry, whether through cutting-edge technology or innovative ideas. Currently, Glenorie Bakery stands as a popular destination for treats, dining, and coffee in the Hills District. It caters to various celebrations and boasts a unique rustic-style design, setting a trend in the Australian bakery landscape.

They are looking to employ pastry and baking apprentices, as they are growing and need to expand.
