Our recruitment process is pretty simple, submit a CV/Resume detailing all your recent experience, tickets, qualifications, and licenses. If you're a fit, there'll be a quick phone interview to get to know you better.
From there, there will be a face-to-face interview with an operational manager who will chat to you more about the role and what a day in the life of a Glascott employee looks like.
If you're new to the industry, there'll be a PAID trial. We like to make sure you know what work is really like before signing up.
If the trial goes well, we move you to a permanent role.
We do reference checks on new starters.
To be successful in your application, you need to be passionate and interested in the industry. We're looking for people who are committed, showing up to work every day and continuing to learn.
The only other requirement is a white card. We like to make sure our people can perform all work safely.

If you start as an Apprentice you could become a Leading Hand (even before you finish your study) from there you could become a Foreperson or Project Management.
