For cadets, depending on the employment agreement, the salary can range from $30,000AUD to $60,000AUD depending on the experience and conditions of employment. (full time/ ¾ days a week).
As the business is growing its branch in QLD, there is lots of opportunity for promotion as there are slots to fill.
The usual progression of a cadet is 6-12 months training into an entry level project coordinator (full time salary is $60-$70,000). It is up to the project coordinator how they wish to progress; many are happy to stay in the roll and gain more experience in the roll, others are keen and ready to progress being a project manager within 2 years.
The possibilities are to progress being a project manager, or estimating, or if you take a liking to site work, training to be a site foreman is feasible.
