Born in Australia, F45 Training revolutionizes fitness with a 45-minute class merging HIIT, circuit, and functional training. Step 1. Application: include your CV and Cover letter
Step 2. Phone interview (20-30min with the studio manager)
Step 3. Take a class- experience F45 Ashfield from the perspective of a client, discover our culture and envision if you see yourself contributing to it. This class also gives us a chance to see how your fitness and form in your own training.
Step 4. Assessment: Take classes with the manager. 3 back to back classes- one where you demo the moves, one where you present the intro, and one where you take on both the moves and speaking. Programming, movements, cues and layout will be sent to you prior to the assessment for your preparation. In this step we are looking for your ability to prepare for a class, present the class and engage with members contributing to the enhancement of their training experience.
Step 5: A successful applicant will prepare and practice the moves and the class introduction (provided) to confidently present to the class. Successful applicants are willing to take feedback and build upon their presentations across the 3 assessment classes. They are also able to motivate and correct technique across the diverse fitness and skill levels in the class (or are willing to try and build continuously on this skills)
Casual rates of graduates start at $30 per hour up to $35 per hour depending on experience.
Flexibility is something we would hard to offer our staff to get the most our of their working week.
Progression to Senior Trainer or Head Coach is possible with a fluctuating timeline (6-18 months)
