Eye Mechanics Optometrist is an independent optometry practice located inside Gregory Hills HomeCo Centre. Our first-grade optometrist and staff have decades of experience in optimising patients' vision and general eye health.

You will be working alongside the practice directors and get first-hand knowledge and close team building in your professional development.

At the meeting, we're after how you are as a person because most of our responsibilities are client-facing. We want to know your aspirations, your fears, your strengths, and weaknesses, and we'd like to share back to see if there's a good fit.
We don't do any of the psychometric/aptitude stuff, or other psychoanalytic tests. We're old-school and want to find and train the best individual we can find in reality. We also prefer that our staff feel like they would when they visit any great optometrist.
We're competitive in their pay, but they do expect the same level of performance in return. Once permanent, you can expect to be paid well above the industry median for an equivalent role in Sydney.
