As parents, you are your child's first teacher, and we value the partnership we have with you to care for, support and challenge your child. Children are encouraged to progress at their own pace, with emphasis on the process of learning, not the end product. Our established partnerships with allied health professionals support us to make informed decisions, in line with current research, that best supports children's development and in turn support families.

An integral part of our ethos at Explore and Develop Brookvale is developing children's understanding and connection to our First Nations Peoples, and their ways of being and knowing. We stand today on Gayamaygal Land and we strive for the children in our care to understand and appreciate this (see RAP).
At the heart of our community is a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about early childhood education, research and advocacy.
