The ideal candidate will be comfortable working under the guidance and mentorship of senior engineers and supporting the delivery of a range of projects. A graduate engineer is required to development knowledge and competencies required to perform independent work.

The successful candidates will gain experience in not just technical skills, but also receive training in communications and management skills. You will have a chance to work on projects across a variety of sectors.

The role on offer has flexible working arrangements as the company offers a couple days to work from home every fortnight.

As a Graduate Engineer, your responsibilities include:

  • Learn and excel in your day-to-day responsibilities
  • Work closely with project managers, senior engineers and group manager to establish
  • project timelines and designs
  • Execute deliverables based on outlined project criteria
  • Grow personally and professionally in a dynamic, inclusive and supportive culture

The successful applicants will have the following attributes:

  • Cert IV or Diploma of Plumbing and Services (Hydraulic Services Design)
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Enthusiasm to learn new skills and apply them to your work
  • 6-months-1 years' experience is desirable, but not essential
