About the role:
As an endota spa therapist each day will be different with training provided for a wide range of treatments. This will include learning how to perform our specially choreographed soothing stone and relaxation massage, body scrubs and organic facial sequences. Bring your own expertise of remedial and pregnancy massage to work one-on-one with your clients to reach their wellness goals, alleviate their stresses and help them to be their best me. Your professional homecare and product recommendations will educate them and support them through their wellness journey.

Qualified applicants will be contacted for additional information as required.
You may then be invited for a Zoom interview with the business owner for approximately 40min-1 hour.
The second round of interviews involve a spa tour and a trial treatment on either the spa owner or another senior team member. This is typically a 60 minute treatment.
Once reference checks have been performed the successful applicant will be advised and send an employment contract for them to consider.
Successful applicants will hold the required qualifications (including currently studying), be passionate about the industry, eager to learn, bring sufficient physical fitness and stamina to provide amazing treatments to clients using the mandatory endota spa treatment protocols.
Award wages are paid based on level of qualification - please refer to the Hair and Beauty Award 2010 for details.
Remedial massage therapists with health fund provider numbers will earn an additional $5 per remedial massage performed in addition to their wage.
Rewards are provided for achieving monthly KPIs for successfully prescribing appropriate homecare to clients plus other incentives from time to time.
