Originally founded as Illawarra Area Child Care (IACC), the organization was officially incorporated in October 1985 and boasts a proud legacy of delivering high-quality education and training services.
ECTARC, a not-for-profit organization owned by the community, has been successfully overseeing education and care services in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions for more than 34 years. In 1998, ECTARC expanded its offerings by establishing a Registered Training Organization (RTO) specializing in early childhood training and professional development, which has been serving the needs of individuals across Australia for over two decades.
