2022 Leasing Consultant - TAFE Students Preferred null

We are an established and expanding boutique agency in Randwick with a large management portfolio and a friendly team who require an energetic, confident person with a bright personality and immaculate presentation who will support our Leasing division.

The role involves working three days per week - Wednesday 12.00 pm - 5.00 pm; Thursdays 12.00 - 6.00 pm and Saturday's 10.00 am - 3.00 pm conducting open for inspections, i.e. showing prospective tenants through residential homes. A great role for someone who enjoys meeting people and being on the road.

Essential Criteria:

• Agents Representative Certificate
• Drivers license
• Reliable car
• Excellent phone manner & communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail & time management skills
• Organized, responsible & reliable
• Real estate experience and local knowledge are all advantages, but not requirements.
• Salary is commensurate with current experience. Additional new business commission paid.
