1. The steps in your recruitment process

• Please send in your CV and cover letter to admin@e-lite.com.au
• Candidates with suitable CV's will first be interviewed by phone (Time is around 10 to 15 minutes)
• This is followed by an in-person interview (Time around 30 minutes)
• Followed by talent trial - (Time around 1 hour)

2. The successful sales representative candidate will have:

• The tenacity to go door to door in commercial establishments to present the ESS proposal and follow-up for sales
• Energetic and self-motivated
• Understand the concept of personal interaction on a commercial level
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent follow-up skills;
• Be able to handle hot leads promptly and get referral business from existing customers;
• Ability to build relationship and network with high profile executives;
• Strong problem solving and objection handling skills;
• Driver's license and own vehicle preferred but not essential.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Casual + Commission

Salary: As per award of probationary traveler

• This is not a commission-only employment position.
• Students looking for flexi-time during business hours 9 am to 5 pm and who are willing to work 3 to 5 days a week are welcome to apply.
• Remuneration is $26/hr + Super for casual employment
• Sales incentives - $3.00 per light fitting ( Sales Reps with basic sales skills will earn around $1200 in commission per month)
• Launch your career in Sales - learn the art of proactive sales "proactive selling is not waiting for customers to tell you want they need, but rather actively identifying your customers needs and wants and offering it to them often before they even realize their need for it"
• Candidates that can sell or are willing to learn will be offered a full-time or part-time role ensuring a regular income stream.
