In most instances, we hold recruitment days in which we take time to explain to potential candidates our business and what we do. In addition, we take the time to ensure that all questions are answered.

Finally, we move into one on one meet and greet speed interviews (10 Minutes max), this is a great way for candidates to ask further questions and for us to get to know the candidate a little more.

The average Part-time employee can earn between $50k - $80k per annum depending on availability and hours worked. All our part-time employees are guaranteed 24 hours per week.
Career progression opportunities as we are a registered RTO all our training is accredited. We offer full in house training so there is no need to have prior experience only a willingness to learn. Our full-time skilled workers can earn up to $100k per annum
