About the role:

  • You'll provide exceptional customer service to our teams.
  • Liaise with clients, sales agents & external stakeholders.
  • Process & manage property sales files from listing through to settlement.
  • Processing of in house documentation, advertising, marketing & reporting.
  • Data base management.
  • Diary management.
  • Office co-ordination, meet & greet clients.
  • Ad hoc administration tasks.
  • Willing to travel to our other offices as required.
  • Office management

About you:

  • You'll be a motivated, can do team player.
  • Have a Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agents Licence.
  • You'll have an eye for detail and be process driven.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow up and ensure the “t's” are crossed & the i's dotted.
  • Embrace technology like we do.
  • Professional image and phone manner.
  • Organisation skills that leave nothing to chance.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Available to work 5 days per week Monday to Friday
