Recruitment Process

Recruitment processes vary by role but typically include:

  • a preliminary call with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your experience, skills and what you are looking for. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions and learn a bit more about DiJones;
  • a first round interview with the team's hiring manager and a member of the HR team;
  • sometimes a second round interview (depending on the role); and
  • any offers or feedback.
