Leasing and Inspections Manager - TAFE Students Preferred null

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our team out of our brand new Woollahra office. This role will play a vital role in ensuring that our properties maintain the highest standards for our clients. This role will require a combination of office-based tasks and on-the-road inspections as well as assist with leasing when needed offering a diverse work environment.

The Role:

• Coordinating & conducting thorough ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
• Ensuring that the properties are kept up to satisfactory standard
• Assisting the Investment Management department as required
• Leasing duties when required - Saturday opens
• Compiling reports & working to set KPI’s
• Attend all weekly team meetings and training sessions
• Adhoc administration tasks as required
• General office duties

About you:

• Previous experience in Real Estate would be advantageous
• You'll be a motivated, can do team player.
• Have a Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agents License.
• Reliable car and drivers license
• You'll have an eye for detail and be process driven.
• Genuine passion for Real Estate that you'll demonstrate to our clients.
