We are looking for a self-starter to greet our potential tenants, help our owners, attend to email enquiries, organise and conduct inspections, and provide support for our team.
The ideal candidate possesses the following:
- Certificate of Registration.
- Current driver's license and own vehicle.
- Excellent communication and computer literacy skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Superior time management skills.
- Real Estate experience is preferred, but not essential as training is provided.
Your duties will include:
- Responding to all rental enquiries.
- Organising open inspection times with tenants/landlords.
- Assisting with checking tenancy applications.
- Carrying out periodic inspections on rental properties.
- Assisting in organising repairs and maintenance of rental properties.
- Providing any additional support to the Property Managers.
- Experience is preferred, but not necessary.
