We are looking for a self-starter to greet our potential tenants, help our owners, attend to email enquiries, organise and conduct inspections, and provide support for our team.

The ideal candidate possesses the following:

• Certificate of Registration.
• Current driver's license and own vehicle.
• Excellent communication and computer literacy skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Superior time management skills.
• Real Estate experience is preferred, but not essential as training is provided.

Your duties will include:

• Responding to all rental enquiries.
• Organising open inspection times with tenants/landlords.
• Assisting with checking tenancy applications.
• Carrying out periodic inspections on rental properties.
• Assisting in organising repairs and maintenance of rental properties.
• Providing any additional support to the Property Managers.
• Experience is preferred, but not necessary.
