Looking for a career in real estate?

DF Johnson Real Estate is looking for a Property Officer to join their team. looking for a self-starter to greet our potential tenants, help our owners, attend to email enquiries, organise and conduct inspections, and provide support for our team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Certificate of Registration.
Current driver's license and own vehicle.
Excellent communication and computer literacy skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Superior time management skills.
Real Estate experience is preferred, but not essential as training is provided.

Your duties will include:

Responding to all rental enquiries.
Organising open inspection times with tenants/landlords.
Assisting with checking tenancy applications.
Carrying out periodic inspections on rental properties.
Assisting in organising repairs and maintenance of rental properties.
Providing any additional support to the Property Managers.
Experience preferred, but not necessary
