Eligibility:

• Tertiary qualifications in one or more of the following areas: Bachelor of Property; Bachelor of Property Economics; Bachelor of Business (Property), or an equivalent qualification.
• Full Australian working rights must be held from when you start with the department and maintained throughout your employment.
• A criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment as this role has access to sensitive data

Your role:

Property is accountable for providing vision, direction and strategic leadership for all TMR property matters and to ensure that land for transport corridors is acquired and managed to support the successful delivery of transport infrastructure. 

If you join TMR as a Property graduate, you can develop a career in property management, property valuation, and commercial leasing. You may move into adjacent fields, such as contract management, and will develop transferrable skills to move into technical or leadership focused roles as you gain experience.

As a Property Graduate you will support the TMR Property team on property issues and assist with the acquisition and management of the state-wide portfolio of properties required for infrastructure works.
