Recruitment Process

Resume submission
Phone Interview - 15 minutes
In-person Interview (usually one to two dentists or practice managers) - 30 minutes

The main requirements include:

Warm and Friendly personality
Experience as both Receptionist and Dental Assistant preferred, however, if you are a superstar at one or the other, please still apply!
A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
Excellent communication skills.
A positive, can-do attitude and enjoy being part of a team.
Previous experience with Exact Software preferred but not essential
A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
A high level of personal presentation
Friendly, flexible, reliable and punctual
