Recruitment Process

Demlakian like to keep their recruitment process simple and to the point.

They require candidates to submit their resume and academic transcript (for placements and graduates). In return, they will send their employment application form.
If successful DCE will invite you for a telephone or in-person interview or with our General Manager. In-person interviews include a quick questionnaire which includes questions not only regarding any employment history, but also more about you and your goals both professionally and personal. They may also ask you to answer a few Engineering questions.
Occasionally they may ask you in for a second interview to meet the other Directors/ CEO

Remuneration & Career Growth

Starting salaries for Graduates range between $50,000 - $70,000
Promotions are readily available for the right candidate
