Sydney Water has partnered with Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) to provide design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management services in Sydney's southern region. D4C is a joint venture formed by leading Tier 1 organisations—John Holland, Service Stream, and WSP—each with a longstanding history of service to Sydney Water and extensive experience in Australia’s water infrastructure industry. D4C's service area extends from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to Georges River.
As a rapidly expanding organisation, D4C is deeply committed to its work and aims to make a positive impact on the communities it serves.
D4C plays a key role in supporting Sydney Water’s goal of achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2030 across its operations and by 2040 throughout its supply chain. This is being pursued through initiatives such as renewable energy projects, infrastructure decarbonisation, and promoting circular economy principles, especially in resource recovery, which includes generating energy and agricultural nutrients, among other efforts.
