Overview
Cumberland Care Service provides a range of services including Aged Care and Disability services to participants with approved plans under the NDIS. As a boutique agency, they take the time to get to know participants personally which enables them to provide individualized services enabling participants to have choice and control over the services that they receive.
Cumberland Care Service takes pride in the fact that “they take the time to care...” and specialize in providing staff who are reliable and dedicated to providing professional and compassionate care. All Cumberland Care Service Support Staff are fully qualified with all the appropriate checks, first aid certificates, and current driver's licenses and insurance.
Services provided by Cumberland Care Service can be either short-term or long-term and will be reviewed on a regular basis. This approach ensures that changes can be made in accordance with a client’s changing needs.

Our casual care workers enjoy the schedules they set for themselves with the same clients typically on a weekly basis.
Most Care Workers earn anywhere from $30-$35AUD per hour, including reimbursement for CPR courses, kilometers driven, travel time, and each service provided.
Staff have the opportunity to enjoy Fridays and weekends out doing activities (such as seeing movies, dinners out, museums, and more) with clients if they join and work one of our social outings.
