Founded in 2017 Cultivar has moved from strength to strength in the garden maintenance industry. Based in the Inner West we now service a variety of council areas spanning across Sydney.
We strive to develop strong ties with our clients and operate in a friendly and encouraging atmosphere. Personability is key to how we go about our work and our reputation. It drives close and ongoing relationships with clients and helps form an effective work team that understands each other and the task ahead.
We currently provide garden maintenance services including line trimming and lawn care, hedge maintenance, weed control, soil rejuvenation, mulching and fertilising. We service domestic and strata clients and also offer small scale landscaping work such as turfing and plant scaping.
Recently, we've converted the bulk of our maintenance tools to battery electric. This has significantly reduced carbon emissions and fumes, mitigated vibrations and provided the additional benefit of being lighter and quieter. There is a big difference in the quality of work and makes a day's work at Cultivar less cumbersome on the body and environment.
The work is out there and Cultivar requires some reliable hands to help take on the demand and move forwards together.
Successful applicants will be positive, hard-working and personable. They will be reliable and highly diligent in their work displaying an ability to execute instructions whilst being courteous to those around them and respecting that they are on someone's property.
Applicants will need to send through a CV with references. References will be called prior to a phone interview. A 15-minute phone interview will be organised with the candidate via text in advance. It will involve questions about experience, work-day expectations, travel considerations, pay and other commitments. Should the conversation go well a paid trial shift will be organised and from here an offer of employment can be made.
