Recruitment Process

Recruitment process:

Application - CV and relevant qualifications/licences/cards for the position.
Phone - phone interview/discussion with Director/Builder
In person meeting - casual, in person meeting with Director/Builder
Possible site visit - engage with the team on site

Selection Criteria:

Have current or studying relevant carpentry qualifications
Access to own suitable vehicle for carpentry work
Some own personal tools (willingness to expand own access to required tools as needed)
Good communication skills
Ability to work as a team and use own initiative when working on tasks alone
Willingness to learn (for apprentices) from those on site.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Wage based employment will be slightly above award and include some benefits such as super, sick leave, holiday, tool allowance etc
Wages are paid fortnightly.
