Crumpets by Merna is a small batch crumpet producer, with a focus on using the best local produce. They have a weekly crumpet stall at Carriageworks Farmers Markets, and they deliver across Australia and supply to some of the best restaurants, cafes, retailers, hotels and airlines across Australia.

As a Crumpets By Merna crumpets maker/cook/baker, you will be making & cooking delicious crumpets. They are looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work, happy to listen and can assimilate into our team. They are offering guaranteed hours each week.
Duties:
- Cooking and producing bakery lines within hot production kitchen;
- Ensuring all HACCP and record keeping are maintained;
- Understanding and practicing the principals of fermenting;
- Quality assurance of product;
- Cleaning and hygiene standards are maintained;
- Pick, pack and dispatching of wholesale and online orders;
- Commitment to hours
- Liaising with Production Manager & Supervisor.
- Kitchen experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
