The Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach is part of the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) located on the beachfront of Coogee. We are a 220 room hotel with a busy conferencing and events department, 2 unique dining venues and much more.

Your day-to-day

Join us as a casual Food & Beverage Attendant within either our Shutters & Estate team or our busy Conferencing & Events team at Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach. For these vital, guest-facing roles, we're looking for people who are excited to deliver exceptional service and who demonstrate effective communication, strong attention to detail and have the willingness to go above & beyond for our guests, to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.

What we need from you

Ideally, you'll have a real passion for hospitality and possess the ability to interact well with guests. You'll also be able to deliver efficient and prompt food and beverage service to a high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures. Your RSA qualification and experience in customer service is a must. Whether you're preparing drinks exactly as our guests want or serving them delicious food, you'll be devoted to creating relaxing, memorable experiences.

You must also meet the legal requirements to work in Australia to apply.
