Recruitment Process

1. The Recruitment Experience.

Initially, you would express interest in a particular position or a general application of interest.
Your resume will be screened by our HR team and matched against position requirements and application.
You will then have an interview with the relevant hiring leader (always face to face - whether in person or virtually). Our interview style is mostly situational - for example - 'Tell me about a time you provided a guest/colleague/student with support when you could tell they were struggling'.
We will do a quick reference check and move straight to the verbal offer.
Upon confirmation of working rights (& any other mandatory checks i.e. RSA for F&B Attendant positions) you will receive a formal offer of employment.
