The Concept Care story

Concept Care is a registered NDIS disability service provider specializing in providing exceptional care to clients across Sydney and its surroundings. They are committed to empowering each of their clients to live as independently as they choose and work diligently behind the scenes to ensure their clients receive exceptional customer and industry-focused service.

Concept Care is looking for Support Workers who are passionate about providing high-quality care to their Aged Care and NDIS Participants. Applicants with broad and flexible availability are preferred.

The Role:

Support Workers have the privilege of working alongside people every day to ensure they are living a full and active life both in the community and in their homes. Our support workers are passionate about assisting our clients with activities of daily living and personal care as determined by the needs of their Care Plan. These include but are not limited to:

Personal Care; showering, toileting, and overall personal hygiene maintenance
Domestic Assistance; cooking and meal preparations, cleaning and companionship
Social Support; transporting to appointments, shopping, or community outings

Recruitment Process

Application - Candidates are to apply by sending through CV to jasmine@conceptcare.com.au.
Phone Interview - Candidate will then receive a phone call from the recruitment team to discuss the position further with the applicant. HR Team will then shortlist candidates. Candidates will be updated on their application status within 48 hours.
Online Interview - Shortlisted candidates will be booked in for a second interview that will commence online.

Requirements:

Studying a relevant course such as Cert 2,3,4 Community Services, Diploma Community Services, Cert IV Disability and Cert 3 Individual Support.
Own vehicle and valid driver's license is essential as client transport is part of this role
Have or be willing to obtain a valid First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Working with Children's Check.
Have excellent communication skills, be able to think on your feet and a compassionate personality
Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Check
Experience is preferred but not required, just the drive and passion to help others!
