What will you be doing?

As a Service Delivery Manager, your role is to supervise, support and maintain our customers end user computing assets through best practices and the appropriate staffing and management of internal and external resources. The Service Delivery Manager is also responsible for planning and coordinating the processes and activities related to procurement while integrating enhancements and seeking efficiencies.

  • Manage/supervise the Deployment Team and provide ongoing training and development
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures
  • Design and deliver with the team a customer-driven service that maximises social and stakeholder impact through strategic frameworks, service delivery plans and social outcomes
  • Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness throughout the team through the implementation and evaluation of best practice policy, process and systems that ensure delivery of Strategic Framework
  • Drive a high-achieving team that empowers and develops our people and enhances our values.
  • Support the long-term commercial viability of the team by ensuring the team operate within compliance and legislative frameworks and identifying and mitigating risk

What are we looking for in you?

  • Experience as a Service Delivery Manager, desired
  • Experience with end-user computing deployment coordination and/or project coordination/management
  • Exceptional stakeholders’ engagement and communication skills
  • Experience responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner, ability to think quickly and manage issues while under pressure
  • Ability to define and protect process, and respond and engage with change management processes
  • Ability to meet deadlines and run an efficient and effective team, maintaining report documentation policies
