The first stage of the interviewing process is a phone call with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists to learn more about your experience, share more information about the role and answer any questions you may have, about CompNow! For those that meet the criteria, you will progress to meeting the hiring manager. If not, we will keep your resume in our talent pool for future vacancies that could be better suited.
You’ll meet for an interview with your hiring manager, either in-person or through Microsoft Teams. The hiring manager will use this time to share a bit about themselves and their background. You will be given the opportunity to take them through your achievements and experience. We love to hear about your hobbies and interests outside of work too!
After successfully completing the interview, we will consolidate feedback. If there is a good fit between your skills and experience with the open position, we will extend an offer. You will be contacted by a Talent Acquisition Specialist regardless of the outcome of your application.
Before your first day, the CompNow team will work in the background to get everything ready for day one, including your equipment, training plans and welcome pack. You can sit back and relax until then. Don’t forget to be yourself and ask lots of questions on day one!
