What will you be doing?

As a Senior Systems Engineer (Windows), you will be implementing solutions for high skilled projects to a high standard. While building strong relationships with department heads and managing the IT infrastructure and existing technologies, your other duties will include and are not limited to:

• Apply your current knowledge and skills to design and deliver successful integration of IT Projects for CompNow clients both on-site, from the office and at home
• Seek to continuously improve current processes
• Use creative problem solving, curiosity and implementation of solutions
• Manage your own time and take ownership of your tickets, documenting technical info into our ticketing system
• Working ad-hoc on technical tickets for existing CompNow clients
• Using your exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

What are we looking for in you?

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a passion for everything IT
• SCCM, Autopilot, Intune and cloud environment experience, essential
• Microsoft Server skills 2012 and above
• Experience working with Virtual environments, predominantly VMWare and Hyper-VAbility to install and configure new Server and Storage environments (Physical and Virtual)
• Experience with design and system architecting
• Strong experience with suite of Microsoft products including Office 365
• Understanding basics of network concepts including firewalls, routing, VLANS, DHCP, DNS, broadcasts, multicasting
• Strong networking infrastructure experience
• Experience supporting and administering Active Directory Domains
