What will you be doing?

As a Pre-Sales Consultant (IT Lifecycle Services) you will use your business process improvement and client engagement skills to develop solutions that reduce operational costs and improve client stakeholder satisfaction. This is a significant customer facing role that aims to understand and discover the needs of our clients.

• Liaise with client representatives to understand their environmental challenges in relation to common business processes of IT equipment lifecycle management
• Identify opportunities for improvement and work with your colleagues to validate what you have identified and engage with management to create solutions that meet client objectives
• Capture detailed understanding of client needs and then create and present to clients via multiple mediums
• Work with the bid management team and contribute to the completion of all types of solicited responses
• Provide consulting expertise to your peers and participate ongoing maintenance of documentation

What are we looking for in you?

• Experience working in one or more of pre-sales, service delivery, contract management, or client service roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to think independently, investigate, analyse and problem solve clients’ needs amongst multiple competing priorities
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Great attention to detail and process
