What will you be doing?

We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated Deployment Technicians to provide excellence in technical support both individually and in collaboration with members of the sales and technical teams. Working in our Logistics Centre, you will provide End User Computing procurement and deployment services to customers within VIC.

• Device configuration activities including device imaging, software deployment and installation of specific components
• Perform stock picking, asset application of device, packaging, and data entry
• Perform End of Life processes which sees devices wiped and transported to other facilities
• Cleaning end of life devices and equipment
• Other IT support duties as directed to support our client/business operations

What are we looking for in you?

• Basic IT knowledge in MacOS or WindowsOS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate for everything IT and willingness to work hard and learn
• Ability to follow processes with high attention to detail
• Be always proactive with a can-do attitude

What else do you need to apply?

• Start within a 2-week time frame or sooner, ideally
• Be able to travel onsite to Notting Hill, VIC
• Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
