CFS is a Not-for-Profit Social Enterprise selling floral arrangements, indoor plants and art pieces to the public. Net Proceeds will be used to support youth facing mental health challenges.

CFS offers various creative workshops to youth via collaborations with Out-Reach Youth Services such as Street-Work. By nurturing their creative talents, encouraging face-to-face interactions and inspiring them with lived experiences of CFS members, youth learn valuable life skills.

Recruitment Process

  3. If selected, you will be invited to attend a ‘ 2 hour floristry workshop’ to have a taste of working at the Community Flower Studio (CFS)'.   
  4. An interview (online or via Zoom) with Dr Bibiana Chan (President) and 2 other members of the CFS Management Team. This is an opportunity for mutual communication about the floristry workshop. 

The selection criteria

CFS is looking for a motivated and creative young person interested in learning some floristry skills and making a difference for other young people in a ‘Live with COVID-19’ era.
