The steps in your recruitment process
1. Application. Please include your resume and a cover letter is optional
2. Phone Interview. Will take approximately 30 minutes with General Manager - People & Clture
3. First Interview. With the Team Lead virtually or in-person
4. Psychometric or Aptitude Online Test.
5. Final Interview. With the General Manager virtually or in-person
6. Offer
Base remuneration ranges from 55K to 70K depending on the candidate and their prior experience.
For mature age students who have experience that can be applied to the role in different areas we would consider higher base remuneration.
We have performance reviews twice a year and we also encourage employees to put their hand up for internal opportunities.
