The Collector Hotel Parramatta offers a state of the art Sports Bar with TAB and KENO facilities, a fantastic outdoor VIP lounge and the new Collector Bistro restaurant which is open for lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday.

Recruitment Process

  2. Phone interview: someone from the Collector Hotel or O'Hara Group will call you to have a conversation about your employment history and what you are looking for. If they think you are a suitable candidate an in-person interview will be organised.
     
  3. In-person interview: Conducted by the General Manager at the Collector Hotel.
     
  4. Reference Checks: Someone from the Hotel will call your referees to verify your employment and to talk about what kind of person and worker you are.

Remuneration & Career Growth

We offer the award rate for casual staff but for our permanent employees we pay above the average in the industry. We also offer a bonus scheme which is met with hard work. We offer training for all employees and career development.
