City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Asset Project Officer to join our Stormwater team in Asset Services.

In this position, you will provide routine project and asset management services, and support the Asset Engineers where needed, by working within defined procedures/plans, utilising adopted standards, or following Asset Engineer or Coordinator direction.

The Asset Project Officer plays a key role in performing asset inspections and maintaining asset management systems; including data capture, data entry, analysis and reporting to meet statutory and corporate requirements. You will also undertake and assist in condition surveys, and provide specialist technical expertise and professional advice to internal and external customers regarding CN's assets.
