Chrysalis Lifestyle Planning is a boutique financial advisory business that has been providing holistic financial advice to our clients for over a decade. Holding our own Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) we are privileged to have close and long-lasting relationships with our clients, who range from those 'starting-out' through to those enjoying their retirement.

Recruitment Process

  1. Our Practice Manager, Peter Jacobs will review your CV and cover letter. If he feels you have the characteristics of the company he will contact you for a 15-minute phone interview.
  2. Peter will determine if you are the right candidate for the role and refer your resume to our Office Manager, Kate Cruickshank.
  3. Kate will be in touch to book your 1st interview at our Dee Why office. You can expect the meeting to go for an hour and run by Kate and one of our Directors, Michael Price.
  4. Kate and Michael will determine if you are capable of the role and have the skills required. If successful, Kate will be in contact to schedule your 2nd interview with our other Director Philip Windsor, and Financial Adviser, Joanna Wihongi.
  5. We will be in contact with you to advise whether you were successful with a verbal offer, or that we have made the decision to not proceed.

Remuneration & Career Growth

  • As a graduate and early talent, the package would range between $40,000 to $50,000 AUD.

You would commence your role as a client service officer where you will require attention to detail and customer service skills.

If you exceed our expectations there is an opportunity to work closely with the adviser as an Adviser Support. You will assist the adviser in the research and analysis of the appropriate products for our clients.

Again, if you continue to exceed our expectations, you will be mentored to become an Associate Adviser and continue to grow to become an Adviser. This is subject to the education requirements.

We encourage the pathway to advice however you are not required to go down that path. With ongoing support from your manager, we encourage career growth based on your skillset.
